For shipping our basic domestic colloidal generators packages and items weighing up to 2.5 kg (5.5 lb) we use the Canadian Postal Service Express service insured with a tracking number.

For shipping in Canada we charge $30.00Cdn. For shipping to the USA $60.00US  and for shipping to Europe $120.00US.

For returns, when you send an item to us please describe it and clearly mark the outside of the box as "water purifier, return for repair under warranty, Customs code 8421.99" so that customs does not see it as a new item and charge us purchase taxes or import duties. If you use UPS, choose “UPS EXPRESS” and not “STANDARD” so as to avoid brokerage fees. Better still, get a UPS account that we can use to return it to you.
